Role Description


The Department of Physics is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Student Services Team. This role will administer our student records and the various processes that form the student journey, service academic committees, and be a key member of our Student Services Team.

This role is busy and varied involving daily contact with academic staff, students and colleagues from professional support services. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to multitask and prioritise.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed

An experienced administrator familiar with databases, Google Apps, and someone able to learn quickly and hit the ground running.
