Role Description

We are looking for a talented Assistant Cook to join one of our kitchen brigades.

You should have experience in preparing and cooking light snacks, meals and call order menu items in accordance with menu guidelines demonstrating a flair and interest in food.  You will require at least 1 year’s experience of food preparation and working in a commercial kitchen.  You should have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to work without close supervision and on your own initiative.  If you have the desire and appetite to learn all aspects of the catering industry you are the person we are looking for.

The hours of work will be 37 per week. This is a fixed term position for 6 months. You will be required to work every other weekend.

The starting salary for this role is £18,849.17 per annum.
