We are looking to recruit experienced administrators who enjoy delivering excellent customer service within a fast paced environment to join the HR Services and Compliance Team. As a team we work alongside managers and employees to support and process a range of key HR activities including pre-employment checks, recruitment, UKVI Visa sponsorship, contract changes, family leave and employee departures.
We seek to work as flexibly as possible, supporting colleagues within the team and across the wider HR Department as necessary. In addition to providing administrative support to colleagues you will also be a key point of contact for colleagues across the University. This is an exciting time to join the team as we seek to adapt our processes to best support colleagues at the University.
Teamwork is key to providing a high quality HR administrative support to colleagues. We continually seek to work as efficiently as possible and experience of working to deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail would be an advantage.
You will have an interest in HR processes and how legislation and best practice informs the way we work. Most important to your success in the role, is your commitment to delivering excellent customer service and your ability to work as part of a high performing team.
