An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term .NET Web Application/Systems developer for PCMIS Health Technologies Limited, one of UK’s leading digital health solution specialists based at the University of York.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic member to join our team to help to develop and advance digital health technology within the mental health and related health care sectors.

PCMIS Health Technologies Ltd is a subsidiary company, part of the University of York with strong links to the Mental Health and Addictions Research Group within the Department of Health Sciences.


You will play a key role in helping to make a difference to public wellbeing through the development and support of the innovative Patient Case Management Information System (PCMIS), integrated web services, patient portal technologies designed to support mental health and related health care services, capturing and managing a range of evidence based patient data and initiatives to improve the use technology.

Working closely with the Senior Developer, existing PCMIS Team and health care services, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of web based digital health applications for both health care professionals and patients, investigating new applications and associated web services to NHS partners, Mental Health organisations and health related charities both in the UK and Australia.

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed

  • You will have experience of developing, deploying and supporting innovative development solutions, ideally in a digital health environment, be customer focused, coupled with good organisational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

The post is fixed term 12 months in the first instance, salary range £32,817- £40,322.

The post is full time and 37 hours of work a week.
