Role Description

York Campus Nursery is looking for a Nursery Administrator to join the team to provide administrative support for the running of the Nursery on a day to day basis. The Nursery accepts children of University staff, students and the public, aged 0-5 years.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring routine administration is undertaken, including responding to customer needs and advising on relevant queries. You will also need to ensure all financial aspects of the Nursery run smoothly to optimise the cost-effectiveness of its activities.

The successful applicant will also require a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate.

The hours of work will be 25 per week on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

The starting salary will be £11,614.85 per annum, plus generous employee benefits.
