Role Description

York Campus Nursery is looking for an Early Years Educator to join the team to help provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. The Nursery accepts children of University staff, students and the public.

This post requires a level 3 qualification in childcare and relevant experience of working with the 0-5 age range. In addition, we are looking for an individual with the ability to work sympathetically with both children and parents and an awareness of equal opportunity issues.

The hours of work will be 25 per week. The typical shift pattern will be: 08:30-13:30, Monday-Friday.

The starting salary for this role is £18,424 per annum (pro rata).
