The International Pathway College (IPC) has some exciting teaching opportunities on its Pre-sessional Programmes in 2021. These programmes are targeted at the specific needs of the future faculty students aim to progress to and variants will be offered online.
IPC seeks to appoint a number of English Language Teaching Tutors to deliver its growing Pre-sessional Programmes. Your responsibilities will include teaching ‘live sessions’ online, monitoring student completion of asynchronous activities, conducting academic tutorials, administering and marking assessments and providing feedback to students.

Online 20-week Pre-Sessional – Monday 12 April to Friday 3 September 2021
Tutor induction: Tuesday 6 April to Friday 9 April 2021
Online 15-week Pre-Sessional – Monday 24 May to Friday 3 September 2021
Tutor induction: Monday 17 May to Friday 21 May 2021
Online 10-week Pre-Sessional – Monday 28 June to Friday 3 September 2021
Tutor induction: Monday 21 June to Friday 25 June 2021
Online 5-week Pre-Sessional – Monday 2 August to Friday 3 September 2021
Tutor induction: Wednesday 28 July to Friday 30 July 2021
Condition of appointment
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. Consequently, all applicants will be asked to declare both unspent and spent convictions on their application form.
Appointment of the successful candidate will be conditional on a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Interview date: This is a rolling recruitment. Interviews will be held online via Zoom and/or Skype with the date to be confirmed. In order to qualify for a position, you must be able to work and be based in the UK.
