The HR Services and Compliance Team works alongside managers and employees to support and process a range of key HR activities including pre-employment checks, recruitment, UKVI Visa sponsorship, contract changes, family leave and employee departures.
We are looking to recruit a new HR Support Assistant, this is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience of working as part of the HR Function. Initially you will work as part of our Compliance team undertaking pre-employment checks for new starters and acting as an first point of contact for managers and workers. However, teamwork and a flexible approach is key as we work together to complete a wide range of HR admin tasks.
This post uses a range of IT systems so you will need to be able to confidently use a range of different digital platforms. Given that much of the work we undertake can be sensitive in nature, it's important you appreciate the need to maintain accuracy when working to deadlines and why excellent customer service is fundamental when providing an internal support service.
This role is fixed term for 6 months
