Role Description

Department

One of the largest Departments in the University, the Health Sciences teaching portfolio includes pre-registration education for nurses and midwives, as well as post-registration education for qualified health professionals plus taught and research programmes in a range of health-related disciplines.

The Student and Academic Services team provides admin support for the Department’s teaching and learning across all our programmes. Within this team, the Programmes Office, led by the Programmes Office Manager, supports course scheduling and delivery, assessment, student progression and achievement, quality assurance, compliance with PSRB requirements, programme support and information, and academic committees.

Role

We are seeking an administrator to join the Programmes team, supporting our portfolio of post-registration education for qualified health professionals.   This includes freestanding modules as well as longer programmes. A high level of organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly across teams is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent IT skills with a particular focus on managing large volumes of data that form the basis of external financial reports & audit.
