Due to continued expansion the York Management School (TYMS) is seeking to appoint outstanding academics at Lecturer and Senior Lecturer level in the accounting discipline.
What is important is that you are capable of delivering excellent interdisciplinary and impactful research that advances your subject area nationally and internationally and contributes to the School mission which is to become a leading business school for interdisciplinary research. You will be able to deliver accounting modules. Additionally, you will be collegiate and committed to enhancing the student experience through the delivery of an excellent teaching and learning experience for all our undergraduates and postgraduates.
Skills, abilities and competencies
You will have a PhD in relevant subject area; an appropriate academic professional and teaching qualifications or a willingness to complete the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice; and an outstanding qualities and achievements in scholarship and research at a national and international level.
