Role Description

We have a vacancy in our Teaching and Learning Team for an IT Training & Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for ensuring that assistive technologies are available to staff and students to enable them to access electronic services. This role will support the delivery and development of IT training for staff and students, and the creation of accessible online resources for our Skills Guides. If you have outstanding communication skills with an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and enjoy meeting new people this could be the role for you. You will be committed to ensuring our users receive excellent customer services and you will have an enquiring mind with an ability to acquire new skills and knowledge quickly.   

This post will be available immediately on a fixed term contract for 24 months. A flexi-time scheme operates which allows for flexible working within operational guidelines.
