The University of York’s Office of Philanthropic Partnerships and Alumni (OPPA) raises over £6m a year for projects that tackle global research challenges and for scholarships that create opportunity for all York students. With ambitious plans to grow our income through the University’s transformational fundraising campaign York Unlimited, we are seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to further boost the work of our Corporate and Foundation Philanthropy team.

You will also be able to demonstrate the drive, ambition and confidence needed to come up with new ideas and to make a success of complex projects across the full spectrum of the University’s activities.

Working at the University of York will give you an outstanding opportunity to gain or build professional experience in higher education fundraising and philanthropy. You will work on a wide variety of exciting projects and be closely supported by one of the UK’s most experienced higher education corporate and foundation philanthropy teams. You will also be offered access to high quality training in order to help you further develop your professional skill set.
