We are a growing subsidiary that is wholly owned by University of York, based at the University campus, that offers:

The Company: York Conferences Limited (YCL), is a subsidiary that is wholly owned by University of York, and it is manages the Catering outlets, conferences, Sports Centre and Village, Marketing, Design and Print Shop, Retail including on-campus Nisa and Gifts Shop in addition to Campus Nursery and York Science Park. The position: Sales and Events Administrator

York Conferences is looking for an organised administrator to support its sales and events team. You will be involved in all elements of administration including invoicing, preparing reports for targets and financials, accommodation lists, processing bed and breakfast bookings and much more!

We are a small, friendly and energetic team looking for somebody who is naturally organised and who can work independently, but is also willing to join in with any task required for the successful delivery of our events.

The starting salary offered is £11,028 and the hours of work are 25 per week (part-time).
