This is an exciting opportunity to lead our HR Compliance Team during a period of fundamental change. Working with colleagues across the University, you will play a lead role in ensuring we deliver and develop a robust but customer focused HR Compliance Service.
You will oversee the work of the HR Compliance Team, who undertake a range of activities including; ensuring we comply with our UKVI obligations as an A rated sponsor, DBS screening and managing the booking and payment processes for casual staff. You will act as a key point of escalation for more complex cases ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for colleagues and students.
