The Accommodation Services Team, situated within the Campus Services area of the Department of Estates and Campus Services (DECS) is principally responsible for the management of student accommodation applications and allocations. The team manage room bookings, raising rents, answering enquiries from applicants, residents and students.
Accommodation Services oversee a portfolio of over 6,000 bedrooms in nine college communities. This post will support the Accommodation and Room Bookings Manager, manage the operational processes for Accommodation Services and initiate and lead service improvement projects relating to student accommodation.
You will report to the Accommodation and Room Bookings Manager and will manage a team. You will be responsible for delivering a responsive, friendly and professional service to current and potential students as well as to staff and external partners.
