An opportunity has arisen for two full-time administrators to join our growing team; providing professional service support for the delivery of our online programmes.
You will work with academic departments and other professional support services to develop and deliver high quality student administration and customer support on all aspects of the student journey, including assessment. You will provide a friendly first point of contact for students and staff, answering queries and escalating issues where needed.
You will be professional and highly organised, with experience of working as an administrator in a large organisation and be willing to support other members of the team as required. Close collaboration with colleagues is essential in this role in order to ensure that a holistic, student centred approach is adopted. You will enjoy working with people in a dynamic service operating in a collaborative and fast moving environment. An ability to organise and prioritise your own work and follow procedures in order to produce work to a high standard, and to required deadlines, is essential.
