Role Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced environment to join the HR Services Team.  As a HR Assistant, you will work with managers and employees, to support and process a wide range of activities including:

  • recruitments
  • employee appointments
  • contract variations
  • maternity/paternity
  • terminations
  • HR systems data set-up
  • HR queries

You will have an understanding of HR processes and an awareness of how employment legislation and best practice informs how and why we do things a certain way. However, most important is your commitment to delivering excellent customer service and your ability to work as part of a team.
