The team provides agile, responsive and professional support to departments across the University in order to maintain and strengthen the University’s reputation across the globe.

Role

We’re looking for an experienced content specialist to join our team. You’ll craft compelling, accurate and user-friendly content for a range of platforms across digital and print to help persuade talented students to apply to York. Experienced in content management, you’ll develop and maintain our web pages for prospective students and ensure content is consistent, up-to-date and easy to re-purpose across materials.

Passionate about clear and engaging content, you’ll finesse every word and have a keen eye for detail and imagery. Working alongside subject matter experts across the University, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our audiences to create high-performing content. You’ll use data to review and evaluate the performance of content, and look for opportunities to improve engagement. Your strong organisational skills will help you to juggle competing workloads and manage complex content projects which deliver on institutional and audience goals.
