Role Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer focused IT Application Analyst and Customer Support Officer to join our PCMIS team. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference to health care through the support of innovative digital health services.

You will be responsible for providing customer focused day to day IT application support activities to health care services and end users of PCMIS, a web based digital health case management system. Responsibilities will include application support, database support and administration, end-user advice, guidance and telephone support.

A degree or equivalent experience is essential as is the ability to demonstrate good communication and problem solving skills. In addition you will have experience of providing high quality customer support and experience of database administration.

This is a full-time post (37 hours per week) on an open contract. The salary will be within the range £25,941 to £31,866 a year within grade 5 of the University’s salary scales.
