The newly created HR Systems and Information Team is expanding to provide support for a wider range of university system solutions creating a number of new opportunities. The team will be providing support and management for a range of system solutions including Resourcelink (HR & Payroll), Zendesk, Kronos, Erecruiter, Tableau and Dashboard. If you enjoy working with systems, creating processes, solving problems and/or working with complex data this could be the role for you.
You will provide support, skills and expertise to a wide range of customers, developing, managing and maintaining system solutions for the Human Resources Department and our customers. The role holder is responsible for ensuring an accessible interface for users to engage with, the accuracy and quality of data captured in our solutions, the timely and accurate provision data and/or statutory returns to relevant stakeholders and ensuring solutions are providing the most effective, efficient tools possible to internal and external customers alike.
You will have a working knowledge of database administration and how to develop a system to deliver the most appropriate tool for the organisation, a sound understanding of process and systems and how these impact within a department on service delivery, efficiency and productiveness. You will need a clear commitment to teamwork and be able to manage your own busy and varied workload.
The ideal candidate has problem solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be comfortable working with large volumes of data.
