Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and professional individual to join the administration team that supports the Deputy Registrar and Directorate of Corporate and Information Services, one of the Professional Support Service Directorates at the University.

You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced office and have a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day to day business for the Deputy Registrar and the three Directors of Information Services.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and enthusiastic, able to handle queries proactively and demonstrates initiative and adaptability to prioritise a busy and varied workload, to handle last minute amendments to the Deputy Registrar and Directors diaries and maintain a strong customer-service focus.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external partners and should enjoy building strong and collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy working in a Directorate where the principle of continuous improvement is at the heart of our service. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in project work and to identify other development opportunities.
