We are seeking to appoint two Content Assistants to provide friendly, professional and proactive first-line support and customer service to internal stakeholders across the University.
You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to create and update accurate, engaging and on-brand content for digital and physical media. You will also provide guidance to colleagues across the University on effective communications and use of the web CMS.
With the ability to juggle competing workloads, you will ensure your tasks are completed in a timely fashion and to a high standard, whether you are answering a question on social media or creating content in response to an internal request through our customer support system.
Based in the Content and Communications team within Marketing, these full-time roles are available with a salary starting at £21,414. The closing date for applications is 26 June 2019
