We’re looking for an experienced content expert and email marketer to join our team. You’ll craft content for a range of platforms across digital and print and will specialise in email and CRM marketing. You’ll write engaging and informative content for prospective students based on evidence-based communications plans. You’ll use data to review and evaluate the performance of your comms to improve engagement and look for opportunities to create new content.
You’ll use your excellent content skills to create compelling, accurate and user friendly content. You’ll finesse every word and have a keen eye for detail and imagery. Working alongside subject matter experts across the University, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our audiences to create high performing content. Your strong organisational skills will help you to juggle competing workloads and manage complex content projects which deliver on institutional and audience goals.
Based in the Content and Communications team within Marketing, you’ll work closely with the CRM Content Producer for conversion. This permanent part-time role is 22.2 hours per week over three days (ideally Wednesday to Friday although we can negotiate on this). It offers a starting salary of £25,482 (pro-rata).
