Role Description

The Higher and Degree Apprenticeship Unit, part of the Research and Enterprise Directorate, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.  This is a new initiative and is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team and contribute to its success.

The role will enable you to develop a sound understanding of the delivery and management of the Degree and Higher Level Apprenticeship process, assisting the Head of Apprenticeships who is leading the development and managing the operations of the strategic initiative.

You will have experience of working in a busy and sometimes complex team, be able to contribute towards service improvements and champion excellent customer service.  You will have good analytical and numerical skills, be methodical, organised and have a high standard of accuracy.
