We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, general office and data inputting support to the department under the supervision of the Admin Manager.
The main duties of the role will include inputting into and maintaining databases, processing invoices for payment, undertaking general office duties; filing, photocopying, minute taking, dealing with telephone/face to face enquires and liaising with customers as required.
The successful candidates will be educated to GCSE level C or equivalent with experience of administrative processes and practices. The ability to use word and input and extract data from spreadsheets along with the use of email and internet is essential. The successful candidate will have effective written and oral communication skills and a good level of accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of work.
You must be able to demonstrate relevant administrative experience. You should possess excellent IT skills, including spreadsheets and databases.
The salary offered is £15,627.26-£16,167.46 per annum.
The hours are full-time, 37 per week on a fixed term basis for 8 months.
