The Department of Psychology is looking to recruit a Student Administrator to cover maternity leave of the role holder. You will administratively support the delivery of years 1 and 2 of the BSc Psychology and MSci programmes including Admissions to the programmes. This includes being the first point of contact for all related queries from staff, students and visitors and working closely with the relevant academics to ensure the smooth running of all related processes.
You will be expected to have experience of working in a busy office within a large complex organisation and demonstrate customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Previously unsuccessful applicants need not reapply for this post.
