Role Description

Would you like to join our team of temporary administration staff working at the University of York?

The Temp Pool supplies administrative staff to University departments on a short-term basis to cover staff absence, vacancies or unusually high volumes of work. We are now actively recruiting new members to join the Temp Pool. The assignments are on a casual short-term basis for up to a maximum of 12 weeks and are available on a full-time or part-time basis as required.

Key Requirements
We require temps who have experience in busy office environments in large complex environments with excellent IT skills and a flexible and proactive attitude. Experience of working in a university/educational setting would be highly desirable.

We can offer interesting and varied assignments in a pleasant working environment, a competitive hourly rate of £8.24, plus holiday pay and flexible working patterns.
