Role Description

We are looking for a lively and outgoing team member to join the busy and friendly Student Recruitment team, to contribute to the administrative activities in postgraduate recruitment, for a fixed term period of 12 months.

You will play a key role in supporting postgraduate recruitment activities including providing pre and post event administration as well as having responsibility for coordinating the Postgraduate Student Ambassador Scheme, the PG Cafes and campus tours.

You will attend on and off campus recruitment events, provide the administration of our virtual open days and lead on the administration involved in the delivery of these events.  You will take part in a variety of postgraduate activities including market intelligence.

Educated to A level or equivalent, you will have a good understanding of issues related to postgraduate student recruitment in a higher education context.  You will have worked in a busy customer-focused environment and have experience of adapting to changing priorities and flexible deadlines.  You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

It is expected that this part time role will be three days a week.

For an informal discussion about the post, please contact Andrea Bourne, Student Recruitment Manager, telephone 01904 323197.
