Applications are invited for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to fill a vacancy in the Employer Engagement team, within Careers and Placements.
The post is available full-time on an open contract and you will be working with another Employer Engagement Administrator who is aligned to support Careers Consultants also based in the Careers and Placements team; each Careers Consultant has a responsibility to support specific work within our three faculties.
You will have a good general education, as well as experience of customer service and office administration. You will have excellent attention to detail, be flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively and communicate politely with customers. An ability to follow processes and procedures, and maintain accurate and up to date administrative data is essential.
