Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a keen interest in pursuing a career within HR.

During the fixed term period, as an Apprentice you will participate in structured and supervised on the job training to achieve a level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship through an approved apprenticeship provider undertaking day release where necessary.

Working within a small team you will play an integral role in supporting the employee life cycle in areas including but not limited to; recruitment, contract changes, employee benefits and rewards and parental leave. You will also support the HR team on projects as and when required.

 Key Requirements

  • Commitment to study towards and achieve Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship  
  • Demonstrable IT skills including word and excel
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to main confidentiality

This apprenticeship is for a duration of 18 months

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

The starting salary is £13,408.57 per annum

Start date: 2 January 2019
