Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful post holder will promote and sell the services of York Conferences Office based at the University of York. You will proactively identify and pursue new market and business opportunities, making the initial contact with potential clients and following through to the point of sale ensuring a personal approach is given throughout.

You will have 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above to include English Language and Mathematics or an equivalent qualification or relevant experience.  Substantial experience of working within a proactive commercial sales environment team is essential. You will have a friendly and approachable attitude with the ability to adapt to clients’ needs.

37 hours per week

The salary is £18,424.73 per annum
