This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team and play a key role in supporting PCMIS, an innovative digital health Case Management System used widely across external NHS and mental health organisations. The post holder will be required to have a combination of business creativity, strategic thinking and technical expertise. You will be part of a small team responsible for supporting major high-profile NHS and health care providers, working closely to achieve the highest standards of business analysis and technical support for new and existing and customers.
PCMIS Health Technologies Ltd has over twelve years' experience of providing evidence-based, innovative and world leading case management solutions to a wide range of healthcare organisations and charities across the UK and Australia. Our ethos is focused on the use of Evidence Based Research to improve patient outcomes. There will be plenty of scope for initiative coupled with access to many of the latest technologies.
PCMIS is situated at the University of York and is used by over 12,000 health care professionals in the UK and Australia, supporting NHS services as part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme, as well as children and young person activities, military veterans, HE student services, research trials and a range of other health services.
A graduate, you will be a good communicator, with excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail and experience of providing business and technical support, client engagement and project management within a relevant customer focused environment.

This post is available on an open contract and the salary is in the range £31,604 - £38,832 per annum within Grade 6 of the University’s single pay spine. The post is 1.0 FTE per week.
This post will require some travel across the UK to client sites to deliver training.
