Working as part of a team, you will provide administrative support to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Unit. We have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and this is reflected in the individuals we employ.
You will undertake a varied range of administrative duties including the registration of and communication with delegates, using specific course management software, creating and updating web pages, inbox management, organisation of meetings, monitoring budgets, general financial administration, administration of external funding and general PA duties.
You will have experience in a busy administrative environment working with competing priorities and dealing with customers. Your strong IT skills will enable you to support the department efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team, cooperative environment is essential as is an understanding of excellent customer service.
The hours of work will be 37 per week, either 9:00 am – 5:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
