Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a keen interest in pursuing a career within HR. Working within a small team you will play an integral role in supporting the employee life cycle in areas including but not limited to; recruitment, contract changes, employee benefits and rewards and parental leave. You will also support the HR Advisor on projects as and when required.

You will be a customer focussed, enthusiastic individual who has a keen interest in pursuing a career within HR. 

 Key Requirements

  • 5 GCSE’s grade C or above
  • Commitment to undertake Level 3 Level 3 CIPD qualification
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Awareness of HR legislation
  • Demonstrable IT skills including word and excel.
  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to main confidentiality

The starting salary is £18,082 - £21,509 per annum.
