We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator who has a keen eye for detail and organisation. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Commercial Services Department under the supervision of the Administration Manager. The duties will include diary management for the Director of Commercial Services, compile meeting and agenda papers, minute taking, answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries and general office duties to assist with the smooth running of the department through administrative support.
You will have a good level of education including GCSEs at grade C or above in both English and Maths and experience of working in an administrative environment is essential. You will have effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
The salary range will be £14,719 - £15,559 per annum reduced pro rata. The post is part-time and the hours of work are 20 per week (08:00 - 12:00 Monday - Friday).
