We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well organised Project Co-ordinator to work within the Student Recruitment and Admissions (SRA) Office at the University of York. A friendly and helpful manner is essential, combined with a flexible approach to work and excellent organisational skills along with the ability to communicate with a wide-range of key stakeholders (both internally and externally).
The role will include a wide variety of activities throughout the year from general project co-ordination, assisting with scoping, design, and development through to implementation. You will be expected to work collaboratively with a wide variety of colleagues, but more specifically the Technical Support Team, and other SRA and Marketing colleagues.
You will provide co-ordination, planning, support and administrative assistance to a project or programme of projects within SRA under the guidance of the Head of Admissions. You will also be required to create user documentation and provide training where necessary in the form of one to one sessions or group sessions.
With experience of working in a busy office environment ideally in a project role, you will possess first-rate verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of larger team. You will have excellent IT and word processing skills with experience of using complex databases and the ability to learn new software and systems with ease.

Salary will be within the range of £24,983-£30,688per annum
