We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistants to work in Nisa stores based at the University of York. You will work as part of a team to offer a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient retail service.
Your duties will include assisting on the shop floor helping customers find products they are looking for and answering any queries which they may have. You will also serve on the checkout ensuring customers shopping is processed, packed and paid for without unnecessary delays. Ensure licensing laws, age related product legislation and health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
You will have first class communication skills, experience of working within the retail sector and have the ability to work as part of a team.
Full Training will be provided.
The following 16 hour shifts are currently available.
* 08:00 - 12noon Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun
* 14:00—18:00 Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
* 08:00 - 12noon Thurs, 06:00-10:00 Fri, Sat & Sun
* 18:30—22.30 Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
* 08:00 - 12noon Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat
* 08:00—12 noon Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat
