York Campus Nursery, University of York, Heslington, York, Y010 5DD.

Applications are invited for the above post for those wishing to join the team caring for children aged 0-5 years.  York Campus Nursery accepts children of University staff, students and the public. The post of Early Years Educator requires a level 3 qualification in childcare and relevant experience of working with the 0-5 age range is essential.  In addition we are looking for the ability to work sympathetically with children, parents, colleagues and an awareness of equal opportunity issues.

This post is an open contract and hours of work will be 27.5 per week working 12:30 – 6pm Monday to Friday.  The salary is £13,450.29 per annum.

You will be entitled to 30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per annum (some of which will be taken when the nursery is closed) reduced pro rata.
