We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer focused Client application & system support Officer to join our PCMIS team. PCMIS is a leading healthcare Case Management System used widely across healthcare to support psychological therapies and mental health services, both in the UK and Australia.
You will be responsible for providing customer focused day to day IT application support activities to services and end users, including PCMIS application and database support, SQL database administration, assist with system training, provide end-user advice, guidance and telephone support. It is a unique and rewarding role, supporting health care organisations to effectively use PCMIS, helping to make a difference to wellbeing of patients.
A degree or equivalent experience is essential as is the ability to demonstrate good communication and problem solving skills. In addition you will have experience of providing high quality customer support and experience of database administration.
This is a full-time post (37 hours per week) for a period of 12 months in the first instance. The salary will be within the range £24,983 - £30,688 per annum within grade 5 of the University’s salary scales.
