We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Engagement Manager to join the existing PCMIS team and play a key role in providing a pro-active customer focused service, build strong customer relationships and project manage both new and existing services, for external NHS and Mental Health organisations across the UK and Australia. Working closely with the PCMIS business team you will be responsible for managing accounts and projects for a portfolio of clients, for major high-profile NHS services and Mental Health providers.
The Department of Health Sciences provide PCMIS, an innovative and leading digital health web based Case Management System, used by over 12,000 health care professionals, supporting NHS services as part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme and other healthcare related organisations. PCMIS is a joint collaboration with Health Sciences Mental Health Research, using innovative digital technologies and Evidence Based Health Care Research to help improve wellbeing.
A graduate, you will be a good communicator, with excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail and experience of providing client engagement and project management within a relevant customer focussed environment.

This post is available for 18 months in the first instance and the salary is in the range £38,832 - £47,722 per annum within Grade 7 of the University’s single pay spine. The post is 1.0 FTE per week.
