The Audio Visual group provide equipment to support teaching, meetings and conferences across campus. In addition, they service events and productions in the Central Hall, and the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall. The requirements of the post are varied and you may be deployed anywhere on the University of York campus as appropriate
Working as part of a team, you will specify, maintain and operate a wide range of up to date presentation technology within lecture theatres and meeting rooms. Key duties for this role will include commissioning and programming of presentation systems. You will liaise with organisers, performers, academics, and students to provide a high quality service.
The post is a full time position (37 hours a week) and is available immediately.
You may be required to work evenings, weekends and/or bank holidays and closure days as part of your standard working hours.
