Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operational management of the 3 main campus bars, concert hall bars and ad hoc function / mobile / temporary bars.
You will coordinate a team of bar service staff ensuring the delivery of a professional, customer focused service in line with standard operating procedures and legislative requirements i.e. liquor licensing, health and safety and food hygiene.
Together with this global overview of the bars, you will also act as the Designated Premise Supervisor for one of the bars.
You will have an accredited personal licence holder qualification and food hygiene certificate at level 2 or above and ideally a Security Industry Award qualification. With a good working knowledge of licensing legislation, extensive bar experience at supervisory level and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, you will contribute to the development and commercial success of the campus bars.
The starting salary is in the region of £20,691 - £27,303 (dependent on experience) per annum worked on an annualised hours basis.
