We are looking for enthusiastic Catering Assistants to serve meals, snacks and beverages in our brand new catering outlet opening January 2018. Our outlets are extremely busy and would suit someone with a professional attitude, the ability to be versatile, forward thinking and with a flexible approach. You will need enthusiasm and the ability to offer a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient catering experience to students, staff and visitors.
You could be at the start of this exciting new venture as soon as the doors open!
You will need to achieve high standards of health & safety, hygiene, customer care and customer satisfaction in accordance with agreed services levels.
Previous experience in the catering industry is desirable but training will be provided to ensure you achieve our goals. A range of shifts are available working either 30 or 52 weeks a year and these will be discussed at interview.
The salary is £14,470 per annum (reduced pro rata).
The annual holiday entitlement is 38 days, including 8 statutory public holidays and closure days over the Christmas and the New Year period. This will be reduced pro rata if the post is part time.
Closing date: midnight on 2 October 2017.
Interviews will take place the weeks commencing 30 October and 6 November 2017.
Start date: 11 December 2017 for full time roles and 3 January 2018 for part time roles.
