Role Description

We are looking for two professionals to join the team for our new Piazza restaurant opening January 2018.  By assisting the Catering Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service by meeting and exceeding strict targets and standards.  An ability to adapt to last minute changes in demand, experience of work in a large scale catering operation and leading a team of catering professionals is essential. You should also be reliable, committed, ambitious and have a flexible approach

You could be at the start of this exciting new venture as soon as the doors open! 

The starting salary is £17,366. The hours of work will be full time 37 hours on a “5 days out of 7” basis with flexibility to support business demand including evening and weekend work.

Closing date: midnight on 2 October 2017.

Interviews will take place the weeks commencing 30 October and 6 November 2017.

Start date:  11 December 2017.
