Role Description

You will play a key role in providing administrative support for the growing portfolio of postgraduate programmes and dealing with a wide range of general enquiries from students and staff.  As the first point of contact for all postgraduate enquiries, you will be personable, welcoming and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and highly effective individual. There will be varied and interesting workload with extensive communication with students. You will exhibit an enthusiastic and professional approach to your work, enjoy working as a member of a team and willing to use your initiative. A friendly and helpful manner is essential.

With experience of working in a busy office environment, you will possess first-rate communication skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of larger team. You will have excellent IT and word processing skills with experience of using databases and spreadsheets.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision are essential.
