Role Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role holder will run the daily operations of our Cucina delivered food service and fine dining events.

  • We are looking for a professional to manage our Delivered catering service and high profile events. Leading your team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality service is achieved whilst protecting costs and profit. You will be responsible fo all legislative regulations within your section, including staff training and legal compliance.
  • You will work with us to explore opportunities to further  grow the business and introduce new products and specialities
  • An ability to react to change in customer demand and ensuring all stakeholders are happy is essential
  • Experience in a similar role is essential


The starting salary will be £21,312 per annum (negotiable) on Grade C1 of the YCL pay structure. 

Hours of work will average 37 per week on a “5 days out of 7” basis with flexibility to support business demand including evening and weekend work.

You will be entitled to 30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per annum which will include closure days over the Christmas period.
