Role Description

We have a vacancy for a full-time Customer Services Co-ordinator, within the Customer Services team.

You will provide day to day supervision of the Help Desk and enquiry services, along with supervision of Customer Service Assistants. You will ensure delivery of consistent service across the whole operation. Line management at both a pastoral and operational level is required along with specialist tasks and responsibilities and involvement in projects.

You will be required to work evenings, weekends and/or bank holidays and/or closure days as part of your working pattern.
