Role Description

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced, Administrator to join our expanding team to support our students.  A friendly and helpful manner is essential, combined with a flexible approach to work and an ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines.

This is a busy and varied role and will appeal to someone who is outgoing and proactive.  You will work alongside our current Student Administrators to undertake a full range of administrative duties supporting the student lifecycle, from pre-arrival to Graduation.  You will participate in the reception rota, working with colleagues to provide a welcoming environment for students and staff, advising students on various aspects relating to their studies.  Working with student representatives and ambassadors, building and maintaining close links to improve student engagement, satisfaction and success.  You will organise student-related events throughout the year and make effective use of social media to engage with students.

You will have experience of working in a large, busy office, together with excellent IT and organisational skills with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service in every aspect of your day to day work. We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable, with a flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and an ability to interact positively with a broad spectrum of people.
