The Department of Computer Science is recruiting a research associate for the SECT-AIR project. You will collaborate with leading UK aerospace companies, including Rolls-Royce, on improving the state of the art in aerospace software engineering. You will have a PhD in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with background in Model-Driven Engineering (e.g., model transformation, code generation). You will have experience of Eclipse EMF and state of the art Model-Driven Engineering tools, such as Papyrus, Xtext and Epsilon. You will develop techniques for incremental model management, in close collaboration with industry partners. You will also collaborate with other researchers in York on SECT-AIR. You will have experience of working collaboratively, ideally with industry, and will show strong potential in your publication record.
