Role Description

This is a new role within Student Services, and is available on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This could be as a secondment opportunity.

The post holder will report to and support the Student Services Operations Manager.

You will take the lead role in co-ordinating, planning, support and providing administrative assistance to Student Services staff in identifying mapping, reviewing and creating business processes. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues within Student Services to ensure that the process reviews are successful and completed on time.  You will have excellent communication, outstanding planning and organisational skills, the ability to use your own initiative and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office applications and database development and management knowledge, to enable you to deliver excellence in customer service, to tight deadlines.

The post is full-time, fixed term for 12 months and the salary is Grade 5 at £24,565.
